Take A Bow (Part One and Two) Recap & Review

We’re winding down this summer season of Degrassi!  After these two episodes, we’ve only got two more left until hiatus.  Are you ready?

Tonight was a more sentimental episode than we’ve seen as of late.  Sure there were teen hormones a-plenty, but friendship was really the overriding theme.

Story#1: Fiona, with Holly J and Anya, runs into her ex-girlfriend Charlie who invites them to an art show.  Fiona, referencing how things ended, says she won’t be going, but begins to throw herself a pity party over her graduating friends, no date for prom, and her worries of being alone.  She ends up going to see Charlie, offering to watch her cat, and asks her to prom.  Holly J is worried that Fiona is getting too attached, but Fiona dismisses her concerns.  At the art show, Fiona is surprised to see a large portrait of her that Charlie painted.  She buys it, but is quickly upset to find out that Charlie has a new girlfriend.  She swipes two bottles of booze, drinks alone, avoids Holly J’s calls, and sets the cat loose on her balcony.
